In the face of adversity, queer community pivots and prospers. When we’re targeted or silenced, we respond by getting louder and creating art.
After being falsely flagged and permanently banned from Instagram and Facebook by Meta, Rave Temple has taken a major hit to how we share our work. The loss of these platforms has led to the cancellation of events and financial debt.
We know how important these spaces are. Rave Temple exists for connection, expression, and collective release, and we’re committed to keeping it alive. Many of you have asked how you can support, and this is one way to do it.
It’s not an easy time to run events or to be queer within these systems. But we resist, we persist, and we gather anyway.

WHAT TO EXPECT
A high-energy showcase of some of our favourite queer artists, from burlesque and drag to kink performance and dance. Expect raffle giveaways featuring sex toys, event tickets, fashion, and even getaways. Plus interactive activation stations with games, massage, tooth gems, and more.
We’re also calling in the community. If you’d like to contribute a prize, perform, volunteer, or create an activation, we’d love to hear from you. Expression of interest form here.
We’ll be raising funds for Rave Temple, with a percentage of proceeds going to First Nations mutual aid, in recognition of the privilege of creating on Gadigal/Wangal land.
